The “Client Pulse” is a system with a purpose that is designed to:

  1. Help reduce attrition by measuring essential KPIs that are crucial for maintaining client relationships.
  2. Prevent issues in client accounts before they become a fire.
  3. Facilitate project manager self-accountability by identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses within an account.
  4. Help project managers measure their own performance.
  5. Give greater insight for leadership into resources that may be needed to support the group.
  6. Help keep new clients on track with services and deliverables we are obligated to.

The pulse provides three essential perspectives:

  • Project Managers – monitor their own accounts and the health of the client
  • Directors – so they can provide help for project managers where needed
  • Administrative – for things like adding staffing, new tools and budgeting
