Client Pulse

The “Client Pulse” is a system with a purpose that is designed to:
- Help reduce attrition by measuring essential KPIs that are crucial for maintaining client relationships.
- Prevent issues in client accounts before they become a fire.
- Facilitate project manager self-accountability by identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses within an account.
- Help project managers measure their own performance.
- Give greater insight for leadership into resources that may be needed to support the group.
- Help keep new clients on track with services and deliverables we are obligated to.
The pulse provides three essential perspectives:
- Project Managers – monitor their own accounts and the health of the client
- Directors – so they can provide help for project managers where needed
- Administrative – for things like adding staffing, new tools and budgeting
